Over the past 38 years that USAL has been meeting the vehicular needs of our clients, we have been asked to provide equipment leasing services as well. We started with construction equipment such as Bobcats, trenchers, dozers and the like and gradually moved into additional products.

An example of our most recent collateral is a complete fitness center installed in one of the most prestigious embassies in Washington, DC. One of the finest wineries in Charlottesville, VA now has an ultra modern fully computerized bottling line, stainless steel holding tanks and all the support systems that have totally made the image of barefoot monks crushing grapes vanish. Stafford, VA has a new service station/convenience store with hi-tech lifts, analyzing machines, a automated car wash, a super security package, plus, a self service post office! all leased through USAL. We continue to lease the mainline construction and farm equipment but will consider all hard collateral, new or used, with a minimum cap cost of 20k.

We also lease some very sophisticated equipment to the Federal Government, but, we can’t talk about that.
